4Cs mission is to create quality child care and preschool opportunities leading to success for the children and families of San Mateo County.

In order to accomplish its mission, 4Cs has created several goals:

• Insure subsidy programs are available for low-income working parents
• Expand 4Cs role as the source for child care and early education opportunities
• Dramatically increase 4Cs unrestricted funding
• Complete the rebuilding of the Board of Directors
• Locate and hire a committed, strong, and effective Executive Director.

The entire staff, senior management, and the Board have all worked to define objectives and activities related to each of these goals.  If we can succeed in all these efforts, we will build a stronger, self-sustaining, and increasingly effective human services asset for the community we serve.
