4Cs provides services to ALL county residents regardless of income, address, or background.

• Counseling for Parents about child care and preschool options.
• Child Care Subsidies (see link on left side "Paying for Childcare" for more information)

Provider Support

• Professional development of the child care workforce
• Fostering inclusion for children with special needs.
  
• Technical assistance to prospective and continuing child care providers.

Community Support

• Educating employees in the county with our free “Choosing Child Care” workshop. 
  
• Outreach with presence at local community events and preschool preview nights.
• Participating in and leading childcare policy, advocacy and planning efforts at the local, state and federal levels.
