Advocacy

4Cs continuously advocates for children and families. Our staff is involved in advocacy activities at the local and state level. Please visit our news and events page for current information regarding childcare, early education, and other family related topics.

You can become involved in advocacy efforts in several ways:

Client Stories – 4Cs collects client stories to use at the local and state level. Client stories are a way for you to share how 4Cs services have impacted your child, your family, and yourself. Individual stories make a huge impact, especially at the legislative level so please take a few minutes to share yours with us.

Parent Voices is a parent-led grassroots organization fighting to make quality child care affordable and accessible to all families. 4Cs is working to strengthen the San Mateo County chapter. Please contact us at (650) 517-1400 for more information on how you can get involved.

Legislators need to hear directly from families about childcare issues. Look for updates on our news and events page for opportunities to contact legislators directly on current issues.
